Lemon balm (in Durelax®), taurine and passionflower support GABA, the body's inhibitory "brake" that calms an agitated nervous system.

2. Put a damper on the accelerator (NMDA)

Magnesium dampens NMDA/glutamate overactivation, i other words, the "accelerator" that runs too high in fear and anxiety. Calm from two sides at once.

3. Not sleep, but rest signal

L-Tryptophan is a building block for serotonin, and the formula contains no melatonin. We target the calm signal, not the sleep system, therefore calm without drowsiness.
